PBDE Readmission & Re-registration

Readmission:

All students who were admitted and fall into one of the following categories must reapply for admission:

• did not follow through with course registration in their initial term of admission
• did not complete at least one course in their term of admission
• attended another University/College (unless on a Letter of Permission from this university);
• have registered in another faculty/school at this university, or;
• program has expired:
  • students admitted prior to September 2015 must complete the PBDE in nine years
  • students admitted September 2015 or later must complete the PBDE in six years

Re-registration:

All PBDE students who do not fall into any of the above categories and who have not been in attendance for three consecutive terms, must request permission to re-register in the program.

The fee for Permission to Re-Register in the PBDE is currently $90.00. Payment is required prior to processing. Please note that requests to re-register should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the start of classes in order to avoid late registration fees and classes filling to capacity.

• If you wish to pay by cheque you must complete this form to request re-registration, and then send or bring a cheque (payable to the University of Manitoba) to
